A clinic project on short notice.
In September 2026, SWL coordinated a 24-room healthcare clinic installation in Bakersfield with under 48 hours of notice. The scope included medical equipment delivery and wall-mounted equipment installation.
Delivery and installation had to work together.
The project required crew coordination, equipment placement and installation tasks to be planned as one job. SWL completed the clinic work with the delivery and installation resources working together.
A practical example of the care chain.
Moving equipment is one part of the assignment. Getting it into the rooms where it will be used is what makes that final mile useful to the facility.
